I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) in Alberta and Ontario.
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience, and that healing happens in the presence of attuned connection. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, quiet the outside noise, and listen more deeply to yourself. This can be a place to release old patterns, nurture self-trust, and explore what brings purpose and meaning to your life. My hope is that this experience supports you in feeling more at home in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more free to be who you truly are.
I work from an anti-oppressive, existential, relational, and body-based lens. I believe the systems we live within often leave us feeling disconnected, or even convinced that something is wrong with us—when in reality, our pain often reflects the conditions we’ve had to adapt to. Together, we can explore what beliefs or patterns no longer serve you, and open pathways toward greater freedom and alignment in your life.
Some of the therapeutic approaches that inform my work include attachment theory, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Hakomi Psychotherapy, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My work is also guided by the Indigenous worldview, with its emphasis on wholeness, interconnection, and living in rhythm with the cycles of life.
